Please tell us about food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Our kitchen and equipment may handle common allergens, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

7. Publishing Checklist
Before publishing:
Confirm the actual form fields and name them accurately in the Privacy Policy.
Confirm whether Squarespace analytics is enabled and identify any additional analytics tools, embedded social widgets, maps, pixels, or cookie tools. Revise the policy if additional services are installed.
In Squarespace's Cookies & Data Privacy settings, enable the cookie banner and restrict nonessential cookies until a visitor accepts them.
Link the Privacy Policy and Website Terms beside the catering form and in the site footer.
Use a separate, optional checkbox before adding anyone to marketing email or text lists.
The current fully cooked smashburgers do not require the raw or undercooked food advisory. Reassess this if Garby's later offers any animal food raw or undercooked.
Confirm that all images have appropriate alternative text, form fields have visible labels, keyboard navigation works, color contrast is sufficient, and the site can be enlarged without losing content.
Keep dated copies of prior policies and update the effective date whenever a material change is made.
Use a separate catering agreement covering the final menu, guest count, pricing, deposits, cancellation, refunds, service time, location access, permits, utilities, weather, force majeure, damages, and event-specific responsibilities. The website inquiry form should not replace that agreement.
